Getting the Power Right
Here is the thing about voltage and wattage: it’s a balancing act. If a lamp is even 2mm too long, it won’t seat in the socket. Period. And if the wattage is off? You’re either looking at ink that won’t dry or a transformer that’s about to blow. We offer everything from standard 230V to high-output 400V versions. It’s all about making sure the heat density is exactly what your machine was built for. Now, high-wattage tubes are great because they flash off ink faster. You get the heat you need, and you get it quickly. But a word of caution: more wattage means more heat hitting your reflector housing. Just make sure your cooling fans are up to the task, otherwise, you might warp your reflectors.
The Stuff That Actually Lasts
We use high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because these things go through brutal thermal shocks every time they cycle on and off. This glass handles that stress and uses short-wave radiation to punch through ink layers fast. For the connections, we stick to R7s and Sk15 bases. They’re the old reliable workhorses of the industry. They create a tight, solid electrical contact, which stops the arcing that usually kills those cheap, off-brand lamps after a few weeks.

The best part? You can swap these into your flash dryer without touching the wiring cabinet. We matched the lead wire lengths and terminal types of the major brands so you can stop guessing during maintenance.
